Job Description: Particle Fabrication Technician, Life Sciences

 | Work in a hands-on laboratory environment to assist senior chemists with production and manufacturing of nanoparticles |
 | Assist in project research and experimental design while adhering to standard scientific methods and record keeping |
 | Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze nanoparticle products |
 | Demonstrate laboratory experimentation skills across a broad spectrum of responsibilities |
 | Test, produce, prototype, and assist with new product development of nanoparticles |
 | Operate and maintain production and laboratory equipment for nanoparticles processing |
 | Other duties may include: lab organization; setting up, cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, writing/updating MSDS, taking inventory, and ordering supplies |
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a chemical engineering, biotechnology, or physical sciences related field. Candidates with an Associates degree and several years of experience will also be considered. The successful candidate will be a creative, detail oriented person with strong analytical, and communication skills. Experience in an academic chemistry or industrial lab is desired. The selected candidate will play an important role in product development, production and delivery.
